Started etching on glass with 10w unit. Tried “rubber” paint but too much work to remove. Used Tempra Art paint. That worked well and washed off easily. Stained glass is also a hobby and found a piece of black glass. No treatment with paint required. Tried it at 1000/40. Probably could use lower power setting.

What step-over did you use for this?
Might be worthwhile adding a sub-layer and going around the outline at the very end. This often cleans up the edges left behind from the fill engraving.
