Mine seems to be set to have a Z offset of 10mm “in”. Don’t ask me how I know.
I might have fat-fingered it when looking at the details of the cut, but I think it was already there.
Once I fixed it and adjusted the output for 2mm EVA foam it cut like butter.

This does appear to be an error - thanks for letting us know!
The material thickness is set to 10mm with a 10mm (in) offset, so the actual focus point will be at the surface of the Cutting Mats/Tray - I’ll submit a request to have this corrected.
